Cathy Freeman

Cathy Freeman is the first Aboriginal women ever to win a medal at the Commonwealth Games . She was also the first Aboriginal women to represent Australia in an international Olympic event. Freeman has one many medals whilst in the life as a runner. Cathy is one of the many people contributing to the Australian Voice. When people see her on television running , they see all of Australia being represented in the one person. So when she runs its as if she is running for and with us, as a whole country.
