Dot painting is one Australia’s most famous type of painting styles. Aboriginal artist Terry Yumbulul is one the many unique Australian artists that represent Australia on canvas so it can spread worldwide. Dot painting was created by the native aboriginals , because it was there way of passing on stories to their ancestors . Still today there are carvings in ancient and sacred rock that tell stories about old aboriginal folk and the Dream Time.
